FAQ - How do our online language lessons work?

Is the first lesson free?

The first lesson lasts 45 minutes and is free. It consists of a preliminary meeting to evaluate your oral level, understand your needs, and offer a programme of lessons.

How do I book a lesson?

You first need to subscribe to one of our offers (a lesson or a package). The payment is handled entirely online on our website via a secured server. Once payment has been made, you can reserve a date and a time slot from the ones available on the ‘Schedule my lesson’ page. You can schedule your lesson 48 hours or more before its start time.

Can I cancel/postpone a lesson?

There is no problem with postponing your lesson. However you must give us at least 48 hours notice before the scheduled start of the lesson. If less notice is given, the lesson will still be charged.

How are the lessons conducted?

Our lessons take place completely online using videoconferencing software.

The length of a lesson is 60 minutes.

We work with a shared slideshow, which includes both the lessons and exercises.

What do I need?

You need a broadband internet connection, headphones with a microphone, and a computer that meets the minimum system requirements to install videoconferencing software.

The use of a webcam is not compulsory but recommended.
